by Blazanin to accept the revised site plan with the new
additions being completed before a building permit could be
issued.(Parking,hydrants).Motion carried 6 to 0.
PREFERRED CAN SITE PLAN-Brian Redshaw did not have any
information at this time to report to the Commission.
Discussion took place about the Compo Plan.the need for fire
sirens and an alert system in new development.
PLANNING &ZONING HEARING SCHEDULE-Frank Hoifeldt presented the
Commission with a list of hearing dates for the developers to
have their plans presented to various committees before they
reach the Council.Motion by Heskett,second by Steele to adopt
the proposed Planning &Zoning schedule.Motion carried 5 to 1.
Applegate voted no.
ZONING ORDINANCE UPDATE-Due to the time and the amount of
ordinance updates to go over the Commission decided to have a
special meeting for the Zoning Ordinance update to be held on
Tuesday,April 5 at 7:00 P.M.
Next meeting April 26th at 7:00 P.M.
Applegate motioned,Blazanin seconded to adjourn at 9,10 P.M.
Motion carried 6 to 0.
Meeting adjourned.

The Waukee Planning &Zoning Commission was called to order at
7:08 P.M.by Chairman Lloyd Royer.
A roll call was taken and the following named members were
present:Blazanin,Applegate,Christianson,Steele and Hoifeldt.
Absent:Korpanty.
Moved by Hoifeldt,seconded by Blazanin,to approve the minutes
of March 22,1994.Carried 6 to 0.

Guests present:Brian Redshaw,John Kursitus,Frank Duroy,Doug
Saltsgaver,Gene Mohr.Michael Barnes,Jack Inman,Barb Inman,
Lewis Helm,Jeff McCoige,Mark Gruber,Mike Wille,Tom Tovrea.
Doug Saltsgaver addressed the items on V &K's 4/19 letter 20'
easement between Lots 1 and 2 fence,berm or plantings on Lots 21
thru 25 landscaping.
Moved by Hoifeldt,seconded by Christianson.to approve the
Preliminary Plat of Windsor West subject to rezoning to R-2 and
completion of items 1 thru 6 and 8 thru 9.Motion carried 6 to
o .
Moved by Applegate,seconded by Blazanin,to approve the site
plan for Preferred Can.Motion carried 6 to 0.
Jack Inman presented the site plan for Liberty Park Townhomes.
Each townhome will be on separate lots.
Public Ownership of Utilities was recommended.
Moved by Applegate.seconded by Christianson,to approve the Site
Plan with exceptions and corrections.Motion carried 6 to 0.
The Preliminary Plat for Liberty Park Townhomes will be
considered at a special meeting on May 10,1994 at 7:00 P.M.
Moved by Applegate.seconded by 8lazanin.to adjourn at 9:20 P.M.

The Waukee Planning &Zoning Commission was called to order at
7:10 P.M.by Chairman Lloyd Royer on Tuesday.May 24,1994.
Dianna Van Zee was present and taking minutes.
The following members were present:Hoifeldt,Steele,Blazanin,
Royer,Korpanty.Applegate arrived at 8:10 P.M.
