RESOLUTION 18-438
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR B-BOP'S (855 HICKMAN ROAD)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Site Plan for B-Bop's,subject to remaining staff comments on October 9,2018;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for B-Bop's is in general conformance with tj304 —Site and Building
Development Standards Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for B-Bop's is in general conformance with tj301.27(A)—
Landscaping and Open Space Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 15 day of October,2018 that the Site Plan for B-Bop's is approved.
