Board of Adjustment -Lot 844 Midwest Mobile Home Park (Marcia Knaack)

Present:McCoige,White,Oxenford
JeffMcCoige asked if the meeting should be held because of a lack of a quorum.Ms.White
expressed her concern that everyone was not here but that this was going on far too long.
Mr.Perry indicated that they rather have it delayed then have it discussed in front of this small
group.Mr.Perry stated that the only reason for the delay was to have Mr.Rueckel provide the
survey.Mr.Perry protested the addition of Jay Oxenford to the Board because he was not
present at the previous meetings and that he felt Mr.Oxenford had already publicly stated his
opinions against the issue.Mr.Perry also protested the appearance ofMr.Jim Conlin.Mr.Perry
stated that the complaint is against Mr.Davis because he got the building permit for the garage to
be built.
Motion to table the meeting by White until all the Board members and the City Attorney can be
present,2nd by McCoige.Ayes:McCoige,White.Nays:Oxenford.
There was a lengthy discussion about the persons who were present at the previous meeting,and
who should be allowed to be present at the next meeting.
