present:Storey,Gutshall and Helms.Absent:Grier and Weller.Brian Redshaw
present and taking minutes.
Guests present were Don Conway,Tim Schillinger,Brian Redshawand Paul
Huscher.

The WaukeeBoard of Adjustment met on March 19,1990 with the following
members present:Helm,Weller and Grier.Absent:Storey and Gutshall.Ann
Ford was present and taking minutes.
The Board met to review a request for a variance for Atlantic Bottling sign
which was present by Brian Thompsonof Eagle Sign Co.
Movedby Grier,seconded by Weller,to allow variance with provision of 100'
set back from the center of Highway 6.Motion carried 3 to O.
Movedby Grier,seconded by Helms,to adjourn at 7:30 P.M.Motion carried 3 to O.

The WaukeeBoard of Adjustment met on August 19,1991 with the following
memberspresent:Gutshall,Storey,Helms and \lJeller.Brian Redshawwas
present and taking minutes.
The Board met to consider the appeal of Jerry Purdy of Immanuel Lutheran
The purpose of this hearing is to consider the appeal of Immanuel Lutheran
Church regarding the parking located at 1100 Warrior Lane.Section 301.22C (A)
of the WaukeeMunicipal Code describes set back requrrements for off street
parking lots..The minimumrequirement is 25 feet and the lot should be
effective screen planted.The church presently has 10 feet.
Immanuel Lutheran Church request an exemption from -t.heae requirement5 and
purposes to use the area as off street parking area for the existing building
and puxposed addition.
No objections were received,either written or oral.
The Board unanimcusly voted to grant Mr.Purdy a variance.
Move by Weller,second by Helms,to adourn.
