The WaukeeBoard of Adjustment met on August 11,1992 with the following
memberspresent:Weller,Helms,Storey and Gutshall.Brian Redshawwas present
and taking minutes.
The Board met to conside the appeal of June Gilham who own the property
located at 410 -7th Street.Miss Gilham presented his requests an exemption
from this requirement by allowing her to build twenty feet from the 7th Street
right~of-way line rather than the required t.h.i.rt.y feet.She also requests a
waiver from these requirements to allow her to build in line with the houses
west of her on Walnut Street.
Movedby Gutshall,seconded by Storey,to approve the variance for June Gilham.
Motion carried 4 to O.
Meeting adjourned at 7:12 P.M.

The WaukeeBoard of Adjustment met on August 24,1992 with the following
memberspresent:Weller,Gutshall and Storey.Absent:Helms.Brian Redshaw
was present and taking minutes.
The Board met to consider the appeal of Don Medici regarding the Building
Setback Requirements at 510 Bel -Aire Drive.
Mr.Medici requests an exemption from this requirement by allowing him to
build twenty-three feet from the 6th Street right-of-way line rather than the
required thirty feet.
Movedby Gutshall,seconded by Storey,to approve the variance for Don Medici
at 51E)Bel -Aire Drive.Motion carried 3 to O.
The Board met to consider the appeal of Eric Sheldahl regarding the Signage
and Parking requirements at 200 Laurel Street.
Mr.Sheldahl requests the allowance to be able to construct 24 parking stalls
rather than the required 46.FmHaregulations will only fund 24 s t.a.l.Ls ,
IVlanyof the senior citizen units will be occupied by single individuals.
Movedby Storey,seconded by Gutshall,to approve the 24 parking stalls for
Eric Sheldahl.Motion carried 3 to O.
Movedby Gutshall,seconded by Weller to adjourn at 7:25 P.M.
