The Waukee Board of Adjustment met on October 6,1992 with the following
merrbers present:Weller,Helms,Gutshall and Breen.Brian Redshaw was
present and taking minutes.
The Board met to consider the appeal of Cindy Hunt regarding the Building
Setback Requirement at 505 Northview Drive.
Cindy Hunt requests an exemption from this requirement by allowing her to
build twenty-six feet from the 6th Street right-of-way line rather than the
required thirty feet.She plans to add an attached garage on the West side
of her house.
Moved by Helms,seconded by Gutshall,to approve a variance for Cindy Hunt.
Motion carried 4 to o.
Moved by Gutshall,seconded by Breen,to adjourn at 7:15 P.M.

The Waukee Board of Adjustment met on October 13,1992 with the following
merrbers present:Breen,Weller,Gutshall and Helm.Brian Redshaw was
present and taking minutes.
The Board met to consider the appeal of Cosgriff Construction regarding
Building Setback Requirements on Lot 2 of Corene Acres Plat 12 commonly
known as 1100 2nd Street Court.
Cosgriff Construction requests an exemption from this requirement by allowing
it to build 28.5 feet from the 2nd Street Court right-of-way line rather than
the required 30 feet.
Moved by Gutshall,seconded by Helms,to approve the variance for Cosgriff
Construction,1100 2nd Street Court.Motion carried 4 to O.
Moved by Helms,seconded by Breen,to adjourn at 7:25 P.M.

The Waukee Board of Adjustment met on October 26,1992 with the following
merrbers present:Breen,Weller,Gutshall,Helms and McCoige.
Guests Present:Clint Bolinger,Denny Pigneri,Doug Dowie,Doug Gratias,Mark
Gruber,Brian Redshaw and Paul E.Huscher.
The Board met to consider the appeal of Pigneri Homes regarding the appeal of
Pigneri Homes regarding requirements for an accessory building located at
Lot 36,Westfield Addition ccmronly known as 480 Waukee Avenue.
Pigneri Homes requests an exemption from this requirement by allowing it to
build a 28 x 28 foot detached garage which is nineteen (19)feet in height.
Moved by Weller,seconded by Helms,to lower building to the 14 ft requirement.
Motion carried 5 to O.
No occupancy permit is to be issued until building height is lowered to the
14 ft requirement.
