The Board of Adjustment met on August 3,1972.Jerry Stone,chairman,
Mary Cavner,"and Terry Kurtz attended.
The Board had received a request from Bernard Mertes to grant a
variance to allow him to add an addition that would be past the
required 30'for the rear yards.
Terry Kurtz made
Cavner seconded.
the motion that the variance be granted and Mary
Motion carried.
Terry Kurtz made the motion of adjournment and Mary Ca,rner seconded.
Meeting adjourned.

April 23,1973
The Board of Adjustment met at the City Hall at 9:30 a.m.Present
were:Chairman Jerry Stone,Terry Kurtz,Gene Dluhos,and Mary
Cavner.
There was a discussion on a request from Gerald Roach that the
ordinance of 6'on the side lot line be waived so that they could
build an addition to within 3 feet of the west lot line.The
member looked the property lines over and a discussion was held.
A vote was taken and the application was turned down.O to 4.The
applicant will be notified by letter

The Board of Adjustment met on August 22,1977 at 7:00 p.m.
Members present were:Jerry Stone,Terry Kurtz,Bob Applegate,
and Eugene Dluhos.
Guests present were:Lee Felt,Don Faust,Jack Carpe,Claire Eason,
Jim Berner and Jim Skinner.
Business of the meeting was the variance of the lot line at 650
2nd St (Old Hinkson place)from 12 feet to 8 feet from the
property line.The meeting was requested by Jim Skinner Realty
Company.
Subject was discussed fully by all.
Motion made by Kurtz to approve the variance with consideration
of reasonable screening and reasonable guards against autos
backing onto adjacent property,second by Applegate.Motion
carried 3 to O.
As there was no further business,the meeting adjourned.
