*Christmas Banners
The Christmas banners are at the shop and will be
after Thanksgiving.The banners will be in the downtown

*Ice Skating Rink
The ice skating rink will be in the sand volleyball
court at the eastside o~the park.The sand will be used to
shape the area anG the large plastic liner used last year will
line the ·rink.
*Windfield Park
The playground unit for Windfield Park has been erected
and the sand/wooli chip bed around the unit is in place.
Covered Bridge
The covered bridge has been placed in the southeast
corner of Centennial Park across a small stream.The installation
of the bridge has not been completed.The bridge is a project of
the Waukee JayCees.

*Five Year Plam
The Five Year Plan for Waukee Parks will be discussed
at the January meeting.
There will be no meeting in the month of December.
The next regular meeting of the Park Committee willbe
Tuesday,January 28 at 7:00 PM at the Waukee Public Library.
