The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM by Chairman Forret.The following members were present:Ron
Olson,Marge Schlaefer,Anna Pulliam,Francis Forret,Russ Wiesley,Marsha Schmidt,Stan Lawson.Absent:None.
Also [present were:Kurt Rueckel,and BillHuston and Kurt Garst of Ll.S.Energy.
There was a general discussion of the City's growth and the long range capital improvement plans,including looping
of mains.The representatives of U.S.Energy will present detailed recommendations atthe next Utility Committee
meeting.
The meeting adjourned at 8:15 pm.
