RESOLUTION 15-118
APPROVING EQUIPMKNT SHARING AGREEMENT BY AND AMONG THE CITIES OF
CLIVK,GRIMES,JOHNSTON,NORWALK,URBANDALK,WAUKKK,WEST DKS MOINES
AND WINDSOR HEIGHTS
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CIT1'OF WA UEEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the Cities of Clive,Grimes,Johnston,Norwalk,Urbandale,Waukee,West Des Moines
and Windsor Heights wish to enter into an agreement in order to create a system for the sharing of
motor vehicles,equipment and machinery;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Attorney has reviewed the Equipment Sharing Agreement and finds it to be
satisfactory.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this 20'
day of April,2015,that it hereby approves the Equipment Sharing Agreement by and among the Cities
of Clive,Grimes,Johnston,Norwalk,Urbandale,Waukee,West Des Moines and Windsor Heights.
