RESOLUTION 15-415
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR THK CROSSING AT ALICE'S ROAD PLAT 4
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUI:EE,IOIYA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Hy-Vee,Inc.,has requested final approval of The Crossing at Alice's Road Plat 4
(the "Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Plat on November 10,2015 subject to review of the legal documents by the City Attorney;
AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for The Crossing at Alice's Road Plat 4 and the documents relating
thereto will comply with Section (303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal
Code.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 7"'day of December,2015,that the Final Plat for The Crossing at Alice's Road Plat 4 be
and the same is hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee.
