SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: The Dallas County Emergency Management
Commission and E-911 Commission appointments consist of a primary
and alternate member. Mayor Clarke makes the following appointments:
Representative to Emergency Management Commission: Fire Chief
Robinson
Alternate to Emergency Management Commission: Council Member
Bergman
Representative to E-911 Commission: Fire Chief Robinson
Alternate to E-911 Commission: Council Member Bergman

RESOLUTION 2020-
APPROVING THE MAYOR’S APPOINTMENT OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE
PRIMARY AND ALTERNATE MEMBERS TO THE DALLAS COUNTY
EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT COMMISSION AND E-911 COMMISSION
FOR 2020
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee is a member of both the Dallas County Emergency
Management Commission and Dallas County E-911 Commission; AND,
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Mayor to appoint primary and alternate members to the
Dallas County Emergency Management Commission and Dallas County E-911 Commission;
AND,
WHEREAS, Mayor Courtney Clarke appoints Fire Chief Clint Robinson as primary member
and Council Member Anna Bergman as alternate member to the Dallas County Emergency
Management Commission; AND,
WHEREAS, Mayor Courtney Clarke appoints Fire Chief Clint Robinson as primary member
and Council Member Anna Bergman as alternate member to the Dallas County E-911
Commission.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session
this 6th day of January, 2020, that it hereby approves the Mayor’s appointment of members to
the Dallas County Emergency Management Commission and Dallas County E-911
Commission for 2020.
