Agreement with USCOC of Greater Iowa, LLC [1255 3rd Street]

SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: The City of Waukee and USCOC of Greater Iowa, LLC
entered into an agreement on June 4, 2012 for placing an antennae on the
water tower. The amendment is to reflect the modification of the original lease
agreement showing the antennae on the top of the water tower to a location at
the side of the water tower as shown in Exhibit B of the Amendment to Lease
Agreement.

RESOLUTION 2020-
APPROVING AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT WITH
USCOC OF GREATER IOWA, LLC [1255 3RD STREET
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS, on June 4, 2012, the Waukee City Council approved a Lease Agreement with
USCOC of Greater Iowa, LLC, for the installation and operation of certain antenna facilities,
including directional antenna, connecting cables and appurtenances, on the City water tower
addressed as 1255 3rd Street (Resolution #12-135); AND,
WHEREAS, USCOC of Greater Iowa, LLC, request permission to modify its antenna facilities
and the City consents to the modifications;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
20th day of January, 2020, that the Amendment to Lease Agreement, 1255 3rd Street Site, by and
between the City of Waukee, Iowa, and USCOC of Greater Iowa, LLC, is hereby approved.
