AGENDA ITEM: Consideration of approval of Change Order No. 4 to Ball Team, LLC, for the
Waukee City Hall Renovation Project, decreasing the contract in the amount
of $2,200.00.
FORMAT: Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: The proposed Change Order No. 4 consists of decreasing
the amount of the contract by $2,200 for work that will not be completed as a
part of the project. The work consisted of maintenance repairs to the east
parking lot, however, it is the intent that City staff will be doing sidewalk
removal and repair along the east side of the building this Spring and they will
go ahead and take care of the parking lot repairs at the same time.
