The improvements include a bus drop off, parking spaces, utility improvements, and pavement replacements. FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT: STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: All comments have been addressed RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the resolution. Proposed Resolution PREPARED BY: Andy Kass, Senior Planner REVIEWED BY: PUBLIC NOTICE INFORMATION – NAME OF PUBLICATION: DATE OF PUBLICATION: I8 THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA RESOLUTION 20- APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR FOURTH STREET AND FIFTH STREET PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT PLAN IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal Organization; AND, WHEREAS, construction drawings have been submitted to the City for Fourth Street and Fifth Street Public Improvement Plan; AND, WHEREAS, the construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and City staff, and are found to be in general conformance with section §303 - Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
