RESOLUTION 2020-
SETTING DATE OF HEARING TO CONSIDER THE PROPOSED CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR FISCAL YEARS 2021-2025
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, the City Administrator and Finance Director have submitted a
recommended Capital Improvement Program (CIP) for fiscal years 2021 through 2025;
AND,
WHEREAS, Code of Iowa §384.15(3) requires a public hearing on the recommended
Capital Improvement Program prior to adoption.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 4th day of February, 2020, that:
1.The public hearing on the proposed Capital Improvement Program is hereby fixed
and set for March 23, 2020, at 5:30 p.m. as part of the Waukee City Council
regular meeting, at which time public comments may be heard for or against the
matter.
2.The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to publish notice of said hearing
in accordance with Code of Iowa §362.3.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
FOR THE CITY OF WAUKEE
Notice is hereby given that the City of Waukee has submitted a recommended Capital
Improvement Program for fiscal years 2021-2025. Copies of the Capital Improvement
Program may be obtained or viewed at the office of City Clerk, Waukee City Hall, 230 W.
Hickman Road, Waukee. Notice is further given that the Waukee City Council will
consider adoption of the recommended Capital Improvement Program after a public
hearing to be held at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, March 23, 2020. Members of the public will
be given the opportunity to express their views, comments, objections or arguments in
favor at said hearing.
