SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON:
The plan set includes improvements associated with the Indi Run Plat 3 project. The
improvements include storm sewer relocation and extension of services to proposed lots.

STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: All comments have been addressed
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the resolution.

THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
RESOLUTION 2020-
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR
INDI RUN PLAT 3
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, construction drawings have been submitted to the City for Indi Run Plat 3; AND,
WHEREAS, the construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and City staff,
and are found to be in general conformance with section §303 - Land Subdivision Ordinance of
the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on
this 23rd day of March, 2020 that the Construction Drawings for Indi Run Plat 3 be approved.
