STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: City staff has reviewed public improvements for the Painted
Woods West Plat 3 project and find it in general conformance with the standard specification for the
City of Waukee.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution.

THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
RESOLUTION 2020-
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[PAINTED WOODS WEST PLAT 3]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Kimberley Development Corporation of Ankeny, IA, has completed the
public improvements associated with Painted Woods West Plat 3; AND,
WHEREAS, City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of
Painted Woods West Plat 3 and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of
this project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 20th day of April, 2020, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Painted Woods West Plat 3.
