SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 1 to All Star Concrete is for
mobilization, survey, SWPPP, and grading. The quantities completed to date
have been reviewed and agreed upon by the contractor, City of Waukee Staff,
and RDG Planning and Design.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:$78,945.00
