SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Wenthold Excavating, LLC requested Payment
Estimate No. 5 for the work completed on the Wastewater Treatment
Facility Demolition Project in the amount of $106,366.23. Veenstra &
Kimm, Inc. has reviewed the payment estimate and recommends
payment.
The partial payment is for pay period March 5, 2020 to April 7, 2020.
Work completed for this pay estimate includes structure demolition and
earthwork.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: $106,366.23
