AGENDA ITEM: Consideration of approval of a Motion to set a Public Hearing Date of
May 18, 2020, as the date of public hearing on an ordinance to amend
Chapter 169, Zoning Ordinance, City of Waukee, Iowa, by rezoning and
changing certain property therein to modify PD-1 (Planned Development
Overlay District) [Kettleview Office]
FORMAT: Motion
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Staff has received a request from the developer
of the Kettleview Office project, located west of Grand Prairie Parkway
and north of SE Esker Ridge Drive, to amend provisions within the
existing Planned Development document for the property.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Staff would recommend a public hearing date be set for
May 18, 2020, to further discuss the proposed amendments.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the motion.
