AGENDA ITEM: Consideration of approval of Change Order No. 1 to Edge Commercial, LLC,
for the Waukee City Hall Interior Improvement Project increasing the contract
in the amount of $2,800.87
FORMAT: Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: On December 16, 2019, the Waukee City Council
approved a quote with Edge Companies in the amount of $28,390.00 to make
certain improvements to the finance and IT/HR areas within Waukee City
Hall.
During the project, there were several items that needed attention beyond the
original scope of the project including additional painting, ceiling grid and
electrical. At the request of City staff, Edge Companies revised their scope of
work to address the additional work, increasing the quote by an additional
2,800.87.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: $2,800.87

STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Approve Change Order No. 1
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the change order.
