AGENDA ITEM: Consideration of approval of Payment Estimate No. 1 (Final) to Edge
Commercial, LLC, for the Waukee City Hall Interior Improvement Project in
the amount of $31,190.87.
FORMAT: Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Edge Commercial has recently completed the
improvements to the interior of City Hall mainly within the new finance area
and IT/HR area which included the construction of a couple of offices as well
as other minor touch ups throughout the building. Payment Estimate No. 1 is
for the entire project including retainage.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: $31,190.87
