FORMAT: Consent Agenda SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Edge Commercial has recently completed the improvements to the interior of City Hall mainly within the new finance area and IT/HR area which included the construction of a couple of offices as well as other minor touch ups throughout the building. Payment Estimate No. 1 is for the entire project including retainage.
