SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Staff is satisfied that the improvements related to the City
Hall Interior Improvements Project have been completed consistent with the
plans and specifications for the project.

RESOLUTION 2020-
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[WAUKEE CITY HALL INTERIOR IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT]
WHEREAS, on the 16th day of December, 2019, the Mayor and Clerk of the City of
Waukee, Iowa, entered into a construction contract with Edge Companies LLC of Grimes, Iowa,
for the construction of certain public improvements generally described as the Waukee City Hall
Interior Improvement Project; and
WHEREAS, the contractor has fully completed the construction of the public
improvements in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract and plans and
specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WAUKEE, STATE OF IOWA:
Section 1.That the public improvements are hereby approved and accepted as having
been fully completed in accordance with the plans, specifications and form of contract.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 4th day of May, 2020.
