Regulations for the City of Waukee, Iowa, by amending Section 303.156-
303.158, Development Impact on Community Facilities

SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: At the April City Council work session, staff discussed
with City Council certain modifications to the parkland dedication ordinance
related to floodway and drainage way acquisition and design specifications for
parkland dedication.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Staff is recommending a public hearing be set to further to
discuss this matter.
RECOMMENDATION: Set the Public Hearing
