AGENDA ITEM: Public hearing on the vacation of a portion of a Storm Sewer Easement and a
Public Utility Easement [Indi Run Plat 3]
FORMAT: Public Hearing
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: The final plat was recently approved for Indi Run Plat 3.
As a part of the development of the subdivision, some existing utilities were
relocated to new easement areas and property lines were adjusted. Based upon
the revised lot lines and relocated utilities, portions of the existing easements
that existed prior to replatting are no longer necessary. A public hearing is
required to vacate a portion of the easements.
