STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: City Staff has reviewed public improvements for the
Ashworth Acres Plat 1 subdivision and find it in general conformance with the standard specification
for the City of Waukee.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution.

THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
RESOLUTION 2020-
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[ASHWORTH ACRES PLAT 1]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Priority Excavating of Clive, IA, has completed the public improvements
associated with Ashworth Acres Plat 1; AND,
WHEREAS, City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of
Ashworth Acres Plat 1 and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this
project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 6th day of July, 2020, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Ashworth Acres Plat 1.
