AGENDA ITEM: Consideration of approval of Change Order No. 1 to DeCarlo Demolition for
the demolition of City-owned property [310 7th Street]
FORMAT: Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: On June 1, 2020, the City Council approved a contract with
DeCarlo Demolition for the removal of the structures located at 310 7th Street.
As a part of the demolition process, the City is required to have an asbestos
inspection completed. The proposed Change Order No. 1 is for the cost of the
asbestos abatement required prior to demolition being completed.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: $3,000.00
