AGENDA ITEM: Consideration of approval of Payment Estimate No. 3/release of retainage to
Hilton Displays for the Waukee Community Entrance & Placename Signage
Project in the amount of $4,024.28.
FORMAT: Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: The Waukee Community Entrance and Placename
Signage Project consisted of a new monument sign at City Hall, new entrance
sign along University Avenue and three new park signs. The project is
complete and the City Council accepted the improvements on June 1, 2020.
Payment Estimate No. 3 is for the release of the retainage related to the
project in the amount of $4,024.28.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: $4,024.28
