Resolution PREPARED BY: Brad Deets, Development Services Director REVIEWED BY: PUBLIC NOTICE INFORMATION – NAME OF PUBLICATION: DATE OF PUBLICATION: H2 THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA RESOLUTION 2020- APPROVING THE VACATION OF A PUBLIC INGRESS/EGRESS EASEMENT ACROSS THE SHOPS AT KETTLESTONE NORTH PLAT 1 IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal Organization; AND, WHEREAS, the City has previously approved a Public Ingress/Egress Easement across The Shops at Kettlestone North Plat 1 in Book 2017 Page 3268 (the “Easement”); AND, WHEREAS, it has been determined that the Easement as described on attached Exhibit A is no longer needed; AND, WHEREAS, the property owner has requested that the easement as described in attached Exhibit A be vacated. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this 3rd day of August 2020, that it hereby approves the vacation of the Public Ingress/Egress Easement. ____________________________ Courtney Clarke, Mayor Attest: ___________________________________ Rebecca D.
