SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON:
The subject property is located east of SE L.A. Grant Parkway and south of SE Tallgrass Lane.
The property is located within the Kettlestone Ridge development. The plan set includes
extension of a street and utilities for a single family residential subdivision.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:

STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: All comments have been addressed.
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the resolution.

THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
RESOLUTION 2020-
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR
KETTLESTONE RIDGE PLAT 6
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, construction drawings have been submitted to the City for Kettlestone Ridge Plat
6; AND,
WHEREAS, the construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and City staff,
and are found to be in general conformance with section §303 - Land Subdivision Ordinance of
the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on
this 3rd day of August, 2020 that the Construction Drawings for Kettlestone Ridge Plat 6 be
approved.
