STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: City Staff has reviewed public improvements for the Stratford
Crossing Plat 3 subdivision and find it in general conformance with the standard specification for the
City of Waukee.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution.

THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
RESOLUTION 2020-
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[STRATFORD CROSSING PLAT 3]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, McAninch Corporation of Des Moines, IA, has completed the public
improvements associated with Stratford Crossing Plat 3; AND,
WHEREAS, City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of
Stratford Crossing Plat 3 and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this
project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 3rd day of August, 2020, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Stratford Crossing Plat 3.
