Compact Track Loader from Capital City Equipment of Des Moines, IA
in the amount of $27,799.02.

SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: This purchase is for a scheduled replacement
of a T750 track skid loader which is used by the Streets, Water, Sewer, and Gas divisions
of Public Works. This purchase of a 2020 unit will trade in a 2016 unit which has reached
the point in its life cycle where the maintenance cost of the unit has excessed the benefit.
Due to the high hours of operation this unit sees, the time to trade in is now while the 2016
unit has significant value to apply towards the newer unit. This is state bid pricing.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: $27,799.02
This is a scheduled replacement item.
