for the Waukee Public Library Stormwater Improvements changing the
contract amount by $0.00.
FORMAT:Motion
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Change Order No. 1 is for connection to the existing
sanitary sewer manhole adjacent to Ford Lane, sod for 35 Ford Lane site
restoration, additional depth on sanitary sewer installation, field tile
replacement, and deduction of external drop connection.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: The net result of this
Change Order changes the contract price in the amount of $0.00.
