AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of Change Order No. 2 to Elder Corporation
for the Waukee Public Library Stormwater Improvements increasing the
contract amount by $2,400.
FORMAT:Motion
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Change Order No. 2 is for adjusting the existing fire
hydrant near the Southeast corner of the library to match the existing
grade. The hydrant nozzle shall be replaced with a Storz Nozzle.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: The net result of this
Change Order increases the contract price in the amount of $2,400.
