AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of Change Order No. 2 to Spring Lake
Construction, LLC for the Kettlestone Sanitary Trunk Sewer Project
decreasing the contract price in the amount of $5,800.00.
FORMAT:Motion
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Change Order No. 2 is for compensation due to
future additional pipe cleaning necessitated by sags in the installed sewer
and to adjust the plan quantities to the as-constructed quantities.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: The net result of this
Change Order decreases the contract price in the amount of $5,800.00.
