FORMAT:Motion SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Change Order No. 1 is to adjust the plan quantities to the as-constructed quantities for the fence, Portland cement pavement replacement, and wet well coating liner. FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: The net result of this Change Order decreases the contract price in the amount of $11,851.84.
