AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of Change Order No. 1 to Synergy
Contracting, LLC for the Lift Station No. 3 Rehabilitation Phase 2 –
Backup Pump Replacement Project decreasing the contract amount by
$11,851.84.
FORMAT:Motion
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Change Order No. 1 is to adjust the plan quantities to
the as-constructed quantities for the fence, Portland cement pavement
replacement, and wet well coating liner.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: The net result of this
Change Order decreases the contract price in the amount of $11,851.84.
