STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: City Staff has reviewed the public improvements for the The
Commons at Greenway Park Plat 1 and find it in general conformance with the standard specification
for the City of Waukee.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution.

THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
RESOLUTION 2020-
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[THE COMMONS AT GREENWAY PARK PLAT 1]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Signature Companies of Grimes, IA, has completed the public
improvements associated with The Commons at Greenway Park Plat 1; AND,
WHEREAS, City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of The
Commons at Greenway Park Plat 1 and confirm that said improvements constructed as a
part of this project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the
City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 5th day of October, 2020, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with The Commons at Greenway Park Plat 1.
