AGENDA ITEM: Public hearing on the vacation of temporary easements [Lot 2 of Cove at
Kettlestone Plat 2]
FORMAT: Motion
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: At the time the Nest Pediatric Dentist Office was
constructed on University Avenue within the Cove at Kettlestone
Development, certain easements were required on a temporary basis related to
ingress/egress and storm water. The City recently approved a site plan for
Elite Eye Care which will be located on the property that includes the existing
temporary easements. With the development of Elite Eye Care, the existing
temporary easements will no longer be needed.
