Proposed Resolution PREPARED BY: Brad Deets, Development Services Director REVIEWED BY: PUBLIC NOTICE INFORMATION – NAME OF PUBLICATION: DATE OF PUBLICATION: I4 THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA RESOLUTION 2020- APPROVING THE VACATION OF A TEMPORARY DETENTION AND GRADING EASEMENT AND TEMPORARY INGRESS-EGRESS EASEMENT [LOT 2 OF COVE AT KETTLESTONE PLAT 2] IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal Organization; AND, WHEREAS, the City has previously approved a Temporary Detention and Grading Easement (Book 2019 Page 21470) and a Temporary Ingress-Egress Easement (Book 2019 Page 21471) across Lot 2 of Cove at Kettlestone Plat (the “Easements”); AND, WHEREAS, it has been determined that the Easements as described on attached Exhibit A is no longer needed; AND, WHEREAS, the property owner has requested that the Easements as described in attached Exhibit A be vacated.
