Due to delays in acquiring property rights off Deseret Trust, the contractor was unable to install all PCC pavement prior to the end of 2019 as scheduled. FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:The net result of this Change Order decreases the contract price by $74,629.19. Change Description  Various quantity adjustments to account for actual quantities installed in the field  Item CO2.1 Material and Labor increases for concrete work in 2020 o Due to delays in acquiring property rights off Deseret Trust, the contractor was unable to install all PCC pavement prior end of 2019 as scheduled. We have reviewed the submitted quantities and quote from Concrete Technologies, Inc. and quantities appear to be in order with what was installed in the field and the quote appears to be in order with current industry pricing. If City Staff concurs with this pricing, we recommend the City of Waukee Decrease the contract price in the amount of $74,629.19 to complete the additional work associated with Change Order #02.
