AGENDA ITEM: Consideration of approval of a motion setting December 7, 2020 as the date of
public hearing on the annexation of consenting property by the City of
Waukee, Iowa with consideration of the annexation taking place immediately
thereafter [Boley Property]
FORMAT: Motion
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Staff has received a petition for property located on the
north side of Ashworth Road and east of R-22/Ute Avenue owned by
Christopher C. Boley First Revocable Living Trust. The annexation includes
approximately 17.76 acres.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Staff would recommend setting a public hearing date for
December 7, 2020 to further discuss the annexation proposal.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the motion.
