STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: City Staff has reviewed the public improvements for the
Bluestem Trunk Sewer – Phase 1 and find it in general conformance with the standard specification for
the City of Waukee.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution.

THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
RESOLUTION 2020-
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS [BLUESTEM TRUNK SEWER]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Rognes Corp. of Ankeny, IA, has completed the public improvements
associated with Bluestem Trunk Sewer; AND,
WHEREAS, City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of
Bluestem Trunk Sewer and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this
project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 16th day of November, 2020, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Bluestem Trunk Sewer.
