AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of Payment Estimate No. 1 to Larson Construction,
Co., Inc., for the Triumph Park Project in the amount of $647,664.02.
FORMAT:Consent
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 1 to Larson Construction, Co., Inc.,
is for Bonds/Insurance, Engineering, Temporary Utilities, concrete building
foundations, Structural Steel Framing, Earthwork, removing/replace 24” RCP,
and installation of utilities. The quantities completed to date have been
reviewed and agreed upon by the contractor, City of Waukee Staff, and
Confluence.

STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Approve Payment
