AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of Payment Estimate No. 8 to All Star Concrete, for
the Alice Nizzi Park Project in the amount of $32,490.00.
FORMAT:Consent
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 8 to All Star Concrete is for
playground surfacing, concrete paving, playground equipment and
installation. The quantities completed to date have been reviewed and agreed
upon by the contractor, City of Waukee Staff, and RDG Planning and Design.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:
