Co., Inc. for the Alice’s Road Landscape Enhancements Project in the amount
of $212,057.85
FORMAT: Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Koester Construction has completed the project with the
exception of some punch list items. For the Alice’s Road Landscape
Enhancements Project between Hickman Road and University Avenue.
Payment Estimate No. 3 includes payment for the signage and landscaping.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: $212,057.85
