AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of Change Order No. 1 to Ball Team, LLC, for the
Westown Meadows Park Project increasing the contract in the amount of
$3,487.00
FORMAT:Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Change Order No. 1 to Ball Team, LLC, in the amount of
$3,487.00 is to furnish and install Cooper battery ballast to each specified
light fixture per code. Change Order No. 1 also includes slab insulation to
decrease the possibility of the restroom slab from raising and lowering during
the freeze/thaw seasons, and the installation of a cleanout on the North
subdrain to allow for better maintenance of the line in the future.
Representative from Shive-Hattery and City Staff have reviewed the
quantities and find them to be accurate.
