AGENDA ITEM: Consideration of approval of Payment Estimate No. 1 to Hilton Displays for
the Waukee Community Entrance & Placename Signage Project in the amount
of $75,373.36
FORMAT: Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 1 for the Waukee Community
Entrance and Placename Signage relates to the work associated with the
monument signs along University Avenue and at City Hall as well as the three
new park signs.
The majority of the work has been completed. There are some minor
remaining items that are expected to be completed next week.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: $75,373.36
