Certificate of Completion PREPARED BY: Brad Deets, Development Services Director REVIEWED BY: PUBLIC NOTICE INFORMATION – NAME OF PUBLICATION: DATE OF PUBLICATION: J1V RESOLUTION 19- RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS [WAUKEE CITY HALL ANNEX IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT] WHEREAS, on the 7th day of October, 2019, the Mayor and Clerk of the City of Waukee, Iowa, entered into a construction contract with Edge Companies LLC of Grimes, Iowa, for the construction of certain public improvements generally described as the Waukee City Hall Annex Improvements Project; and WHEREAS, the contractor has fully completed the construction of the public improvements in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract and plans and specifications, as shown by the certificate of occupancy dated November 13, 2019. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, STATE OF IOWA: Section 1. That the public improvements are hereby approved and accepted as having been fully completed in accordance with the plans, specifications and form of contract.
