SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: The owners of Chops Old Bank request an extended
outdoor service area for a street party on 05/06/2018.

STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Police, Fire, and Development Services Departments
have reviewed the application and find no reason to deny the permit at
this time.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the liquor license.
